Marchand Homes was established in 2016 as an opportunity for our family to work together building quality, new homes for families in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and surrounding area with future developments in areas such as Truro, Nova Scotia. With combined experience of over 50 years our team has become an industry leader, winning multiple awards including 2018 Most Outstanding Homes, in both 3,501 square feet and 5,000 square feet categories.
